Needed to cancel appointment due to unexpected death in family. I had my nanny call to reschedule and she was quoted the corporate policy on same day cancellation. As a manager myself I accepted it and honestly didn’t have the fight left to deal with the situation. Seriously the worst. The massages are sub par and I would only go there because they were close by but they’re always closed and always close early even if I have an appointment. In one week I got cancelled on three times. In the past year it’s probably been five times. They close because they’re under staffed or wanted to go home early or “oh, this therapist actually isn’t massage certified” they give out more apologies than they do treatments. I’m not wasting my time anymore.

This location is poorly run and managed. I do not recommend visiting. Upon calling me they did not specify which location they were calling from-- just booked my massage (which I had paid for up front-- but was going to 'expire'... apparently)- the girl who called to book my appointment even tried to hang up the phone with me without telling me which day she had just scheduled me for-- just "this weekend at 4".
