I have never been so horrified listening to a conversation as I was this past Saturday when your associate proceeded to berate, belittle and threaten my sister over the phone regarding an issue with her membership. A couple of good masseuses, but getting an appointment has become a problem. If you don't schedule at least 30 days early, don't count on getting the masseuse you want. Today my appointment made 30 days ago was apparently never recorded, though the one at the end of this month, made at the same time, does show up. The counter staffs response was pretty much "too bad."
