ME seems to have a biased business policy. Approximately 1 of every 3 appointments I make get cancelled at last minute. Never is assistance/effort made to reschedule and I am always placed back at the mercy of the queue. Often taking weeks to get an appointment. I am a member at the Massage envy location: 3417 Princeton Rd Ste 127, Hamilton, OH 45011 Since we are in a pandemic I have tried to see if I can use my 11 prepaid massages. I recently put my account on freeze because I have 11 prepaid massages that I have not been able to use due to the pandemic and so I called the location talk to the general manager who was very rude which I was shocked because she is the GM. We have been customers for several years. We have had standing appointments for over a year yet I was not scheduled for any appointment for the upcoming two months. They didn’t offer an explanation or try to fix the problem. The manager offered to close our accounts since we were unhappy with the customer service. We closed our accounts and will not recommend anyone to this business.
