This place has the absolute rudest people I have ever met working the front desk. My husband and I have been "double booked" for a couple massage 2x now and have been canceled on. The massage itself was amazing but the attitudes...not so much!!
Do not sign up for a membership, you will never get out of it. I have tried on several occasions to cancel after my one year membership was up. That was two and a half years ago. Finally I did not give them my new cc# number when it expired. I have 13 hours of massage that I have paid for which they will not honor because my membership is suspended. I would think this is illegal to take money for services and not honor it. I will be calling the better business bureau and telling everyone I know that this place is nothing but... read more
