They are often grouchy on the phone and not willing to work in a sick animal who is a regular client, and who has spent thousands with them. They have Changes in Vets often. Suggest almost any other vet. Doctors are competent, staff is not nice or helpful, esp on the phone.
Would not recommend If going to see Tehrani... charged me over 350 first visit to Just inform me my pet needed to be euthanized because the prognosis wasn't good... took her to another vet and diagnosed her and had a treatment plan immediately and 2 weeks later she is still here with me and my family doing much better. If I would of listened to him that day my babygirl would not be here instead I followed my gut and got a second opinion. Please be sure to do the same.
Have done good by me in the past. Seems as though something has changed over the years.
Thank you Dr. Farhan and all the team who worked with (Miss) Bea Kirk today. We did have to put her down, but Dr. Farhan explained possible options before we knew how sick she was. Everyone was so caring and explained everything so clearly. Thank you for taking such good care of Bea (and me)..
I will never go back to Massanutten Animal Clinic again! I have went there for years but now they have new vets and assistants and they are rude and unprofessional! They even give pills and shots without your permission! They will also try to get you to buy stuff you don't need and they lie to you about the fees and charge you more!
