There are no better physicians and friends to pet owners than these people. Dr. Smith and then Dr. Jim have been there for us through thick and thin. The staff is always caring, and the compassion and expertise of the doctors knows no bounds. Dr. Jim just guided me through the life, recent illness, and then end of life of two of my dogs - and I can safely say I would want no other person at the helm. Truly amazing people, if you're looking for a vet - this is the one to trust with any pet.
Dr Jim gave our cat Scarfie one of her lives back! We were thinking we had to let her go, but he gave us an alternative, some hope, and a chance. She's gaining her weight back and happy to be here. Dr Jim and the staff are great.
Everyone at this office is very professional, friendly, and truly care for our pets. Highly recommend, I have had nothing but good experiences!

UPDATE: My Binky has gone to the Rainbow Bridge, and the group at Massanutten Animal Clinic was there for us every step of the way. From her decline in health, to the difficult discussions that had to take place ... this group truly cares. And not just about your pet. They take care of both you and your pet.
