Dakota is the best! He’s always very respectful and attentive to detail. I also appreciate that Dakota always gives proper notice of service and has a great knowledge of their treatment products too. I’m not sure whether the switch from Precision has only been a name change, or a complete overhaul, but I’ve definitely noticed the difference. Massey has been a pleasure to deal with.

I have had an amazing experience with them, they are professional , respectful and provide you with all the guidance and care needed. Neal from Massey's team treated my apartment to eliminate springtails after I moved in and he was fantastic, scheduled accurate treatment to eliminate the bugs and follow up with periodically inspections to avoid any surprises. I have to say is a marvelous attention, 💯 recommended.
