He is knowledgeable, professional, detailed oriented, prompt, extremely courteous and provides exceptional customer service! Christopher, a General Manager, conducted my termite inspection, he also possesses all of Carlo's positive attributes and he provided recommendations to remove potential food sources for termites from the exterior of my home!
