I'm so shocked to see a 2.7 rating! I came on this page to copy it and suggest it to a friend and was taken back. I have been work massey for over 10 years. Started with them when they took care of my commercial properties and then I hired them when we bought our first home in 2006. Our tech comes out quarterly and he's always been great! We have been lucky and have had the same guy (Bob) almost the entire time!! We've never had an unresolved billing issue, once my fault, I forgot to pay but the accounting department has bee... read more

I hear many things about multiple pest control companies and once I heard that my husband would be working for one I was not to excited. But after see g the hard work he does and how he is consistently checking up on his customers. I must say I'm very impressed Even seeing how the lawns turn out that he tends to. Him along with the rest if his staff for very respectful and do a great job!!!!
