RecommendedHaving a musty odor in our pool bath and adjacent closet, we called Masters. Dustin came out, was quite meticulous in diagnosing the problem. After a few days of a dehumidifier running, it appears as the odor is gone. No mold, thank goodness, was found. He was very polite, informative, and professional. We would highly recommend this company.
We came home from the Holidays on New Year's Eve Day to a flooded house courtesy of a leaking hot water tank in our kitchen!! The water ruined the lower kitchen cabinets and wood parquet flooring throughout the rest of the house from the living area down the hallway and into all three bedrooms plus the closets!! I was very fortunate to meet Dusty in the Publix parking lot as I was getting off of work. Master Restoration has provided an honest and professional staff to fix our home damage cause by a water leak there employee Dusty and his crew provided great customer service and attention to detail handling our all of our needs to make sure everything was taken care of as promised, would highly recommend there staff for any of your restoration needs.
