The repairs in my home are horrible. The drywalls joints show. The plaster was rolled on with just drywall joint compound and the texture Is very rough and uneveven..I was told a cabinet maker would make a new pantry cabinet but instead contractor installed a unfinished plywood box and none of the drawers fit properly or are evenly spaced. THIS COMPANY CONTACTED ME FOR A STUCCO REPAIR I DROVE 2 HOURS FROM ORLANDO TO COMPLETE THIS REPAIR FOR THEM BEFORE I EVEN GOT STARTED WITH THE REPAIR THEY ASKED FOR A INVOICE TO HAVE MY PAYMENT READY SO WHEN IM DONE THEY WILL HAVE THE "PAYMENT" READY FOR ME. Literally the worst company in existence. Used them two years ago for a mold/shower pan issue in palm harbor. The end results are good, but the project two 3 times as long (costing us thousands) as we were told and our GC left the company with zero information to us as the homeowners from masters. To make matters worse they never closed our permit and now as I try to sell the house, they’re treating me like TRASH and have refused to comply (though the work is done just not finalized with the city) now potentially costing me ... read more
Horrible experience. Took them over a year to finish and they forgot to pick up permits and get inspections before the work was done. We were consistently lied to until we contacted the City of Dunedin ourselves. Then they had to finally get an After the Fact Permit. Extremely unprofessional, rude and unqualified for any remodeling or repairs.
