Will Royals came today (sent by our insurance company). He's very professional, very thorough, very nice, knows his stuff, efficient, and enjoyable to do business with. And he cleaned up after himself!!! :D
RecommendedScott Bedell and Jarrett Dickson will work tirelessly to fix the problem immediately. They've worked with several of my friends on projects related to floods and fires and have done an amazing job.
Jarrett and his team are amazing! They made the process easily and seamless. They handled the whole process including the insurance Claim from start to finish! I have never experienced anything so simple. If you have water or fire damage I highly recommend you call master restoration!
This is the second time I have needed their service. They respond quickly from a form on their website. Will and Mat came out immediately and setup fans and dehumidifier. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Exactly what you need when disaster strikes! They have been out every day since to check on moisture levels. Estimator was out quickly also and already working with insurance company to get damage repaired as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this company.

Back the end of March the condo building that I live in had a 3-alarm fire. Master Restoration did the remediation in the unit where the fire started. I'm the Vice President of the board of directors so I was directly involved with the process. I have to say that the project manager, Will Royals and his crew did an incredible job. They were extremely compassionate about their jobs and always cognizant and kind to all the residents. Awesome job!!
