RecommendedBack the end of March the condo building that I live in had a 3-alarm fire. Master Restoration did the remediation in the unit where the fire started. I'm the Vice President of the board of directors so I was directly involved with the process. I have to say that the project manager, Will Royals and his crew did an incredible job. They were extremely compassionate about their jobs and always cognizant and kind to all the residents. Awesome job!!

Will and Gabe come out to do work on our condo, very friendly and worked around the people that were in my condo, very nice and talkative and would have them come out again and do more work if need be. Would highly recommend them.

RecommendedWill & Joe came the next business day after we filed our insurance claim for water damage due to a hot water tank leak. They addressed the issue, explained everything and answered my questions. Both hard workers and nice guys.
RecommendedI didn't have a home repair. However, one of their technicians Kyle Starr stopped on the side of the road and helped me with a auto repair. He could have kept going like all the others did on the Courtney Campbell Causeway but he didn't. This shows the type of people Master Restoration employs. I even offered Kyle compensation for his services and he refused. Stating that their mission is to be a servant leader in our community and its his job to help those in need.
