We did our transactions online. We did not see Matt in person at all. The only downfall was sometimes we had multiple (3-4) people contacting us besides Matt, so when we had questions it was a little confusing knowing who to reach out to. Also, there was some confusion with my Husband's email address at one point and we had to drive to Scottsdale to drop off some paperwork, it would have been nice for someone to meet us in person, we drove an hour both ways to drop off our papers at the front.
