The communication was constant during the entire process of the refinance.
The length of time to get this refinance done was most unusual. But Matt did find a way to get it done at the end changing the criteria of how to process our loan application.
Matt will do everything he can to get the best for you. He will treat you like family. Even after a deal is almost done he still looks for a better one. Because of Matt and his team special shout out to kayla I would lose the pmi and interest rate I got. These are good people and you are a fool if you don't want them on your side.
The transaction was all electronic and made the process convenient and easy
