Matthew of his team did a good job of looking out for my interests as a first-time home buyer. A different lending company was trying to sell us on an interest rate that was almost double what Matthew offered us, and they were also much less supportive of us during the extensive process of documenting assets, background and income that is required for an HSA loan. Working with Matthew was very easy; he noted all the documentation he needed up front so there was no "we need this and we need that" along the way. He also showed me a the different options I had for my mortgage, not just his word but actual offers. Matthew also was able to help a family member in another state that he is licensed in. It was her first home and a tricky finance; most didn't want to look at her, but Matthew got it done and she has been in that home for a year now...
