As a first time homebuyer I can say that the whole process was very smooth. I had many questions and Matthew took the time to explain everything with me and made sure that I felt comfortable with the payment amount, showed me my options, etc. My family and I were in a bit of a housing bind so we needed to move quickly and things were done in an extremely timely manner.
