Matt and his team worked professionally and in a supportive friendly manner as we moved through the loan process. I did the whole process long distance which put an extra level of complexity to it! The team kept in constant email, phone or text communication with me throughout. Matt was always available for a quick question or reassurance on any issue. Matt and his team walk me through every step of the loan process, even going as far as helping me out scan and run off copies of a few documents that were needed.
