Matt took what seemed to be an impossible situation and found a way to make it work. On top of that, he made sure we closed on our house within the 3&1/2 week time frame we needed him to. Matt did a great job helping me with a home purchase epic. It was an epic...I made a total of 11 offers with 3 acceptances (I rejected 2 due to HOA issues). The journey began in late February and ended with a purchase in August. Matt was very helpful and patient in the process and was able to get us into a position to close in a very short time frame (3 weeks). Mat was helpful and knowledgeable about the process. I would strongly recommend him.
