Matt Brown and his team have been very helpful through this process. I contacted him early on for general information and now we're about to close on a new home. We had to change horses mid-stream and our situation was unusual to begin with. Matt has rolled with it all, been honest and professional, while still letting me believe in unicorns and rainbows. Regardless of how this turns out, Matt and Mann Mortgage have my highest recommendation.

Matt's professionalism and the clarity with which he explained the loan application process immediately impressed me. Throughout the process he gave good advice, thoughtfully and thoroughly answered all my questions, and made sure I was frequently apprised of the progress of the loan application. He made a stressful process almost painless!
