Matt and his team were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable every step of the way as we moved toward a quick and smooth closing. Matt was able to close my loan in 24 days(!), after hearing horror stories of 75 day closes the last year or so. I would recommend Matt and his team without hesitation!

Matt was very professional and what is most important to me is that he responds quickly to emails...buying property is not something I do everyday so it is stressful but Matt was always on the job and responsive.

very helpful and courteous and knowledgeable loan closed on time. The required paperwork was done over the internet. Several times additional forms had to sent by express mail. All In all we're very satified with the loan process.

I connected with Matt through Zillow & I'm so happy I did. He thoroughly answered all of my many many (many!) questions without ever maling me feel like I was annoying him or asking dumb questions. Being a first time home buyer is kind of a stressful process but Matt made it much less nerve-wracking.

First off I want to say that Matt is very easy going and has a great sense of humor. We were buying our first home with a USDA loan and he made everything easy on us. He even got all of my earnest money back to me! Also I got an amazing interest rate and closed early. About 2 weeks early! On a USDA loan.
