We had a nightmare scenario where there was erroneous information on my credit report that completely blocked me from getting a mortgage. Instead of sending me packing like most other companies would, Matt spent a huge amount of time over a period of 3-4 months helping me navigate the credit agencies and getting everything fixed. It is hard to find people willing to put in that effort and I am so so glad that we were introduced to Matt and Element Mortgage, it was truly a world class experience.
