Dr. Crawford was very knowledgeable in orthopedics! I enjoyed our conversation about ailment.
I was very impressed with how smoothly and efficiently things ran at EmergeOrtho. My waiting time was minimal. I had great confidence in Dr. Crawford, who came across as very understanding, clear, and knowledgeable. He took my preferences for treatment into account, and I was able to make an appointment with a physical therapist for the next day, and that was also a good experience.
Dr. Crawford took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my choices for treatment. So many doctors look at the elderly as 'another old person' and will not take time with them. Not Dr. Crawford. He took the time to talk to me in length about my health. I will go to him again.
He took the time to explain exactly what had happened to my shoulder and what my choices were.
Very knowledgeable, answered all questions and recommended various treatment approaches.

I have been quite happy with Dr. Crawford throughout my knee arthroscopy process. The appointments to diagnose my problem, to interpretation and DEFINITELY my surgery, he listened, explained what was going on and made me feel very at ease and knowledgable about my procedure. And, in the end, I can only believe he did an excellent job on my kneee as, aside from visual eveidence, you'd barely know that he operated o my knee! And calling me to check, even though I missed it - I feel well taken care of! Thank you, Dr. Crawford!
