Dr Crawford is amazing! He really took the time to listen and address all my concerns. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He is kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely concerned about my health. He gave me several treatment options and time to think about what the best treatment would be for me. As a health care professional, I appreciate his time, patience, knowledge, and bedside manners.
I had ACL reconstruction yesterday with Dr. Crawford. Throughout the process, he’s been professional, transparent, and honest about what I could expect. He took the time to understand my goals after surgery to make the best decisions he could for my treatment. Dr. Crawford had read my X-rays and MRI before the visit and knew the situation. He did an excellent job explaining the MRI details and treatment approach. I especially liked his empathy and understanding of the situation and reassurance that surgery was not required in the near future.
Dr. Crawford and his staff were able to respond to my request for consult with speed and efficiency. Dr. Crawford was very approachable and listened to all of the concerns I had regarding my knee pain, clearly described a course of further assessment and possible treatment.

Dr. Crawford is not only a skilled clinician, he takes the time to understand my problem. He presented clear options for treatment along with the positives and drawbacks of each. I felt like a partner in my treatment and the results have been excellent after each visit. I can move again without pain.
10:20 appt. At 11:20 I saw the doctor. He is very knowledgeable and treated my symptoms thoroughly. Already feeling improvement one day afterwards.
Dr. Crawford actually listened to what I had to say was very informative and knowledgeable spoke to me in a way that I actually understood exactly what was happening with my shoulder he really made me feel at peace
While I feel like he did his job, I am disappointed in his bedside manner and the lack of information he provided. No smile. No sliver of concern. I felt like he was punching a time clock to get out of the office. Reflecting on the appointment and looking at the information on the MRI page I feel like the conversation doesn’t even match the findings.
