I was repeatedly asked for documentation that I told them did not exist, thereby wasting my time in sending the same explanation multiple times. They asked for more documentation then any other mortgage lender I have ever worked with. When I challenged them on the needed documentation, they replied “well we just like to get everything upfront in case the underwriters want to see it.” So they have me doing far more work than necessary, just in case? I will look elsewhere for my next loan.
