Matt has serviced 2 refi's for us in the past year. He proactively reached out letting us know the current state of the market and that it could be a good time to refinance our mortgage with all time low rates. No pressure, just looking out for our best interest. When rates bounced up again he advised us to hold off a month and was right both times securing us the absolute lowest rate.
