Matthew made the process extremely easy. Much more easier than previous refinances I’ve been a part of. He presented me with multiple options and helped picked the one most beneficial for me. Matthew stayed in communication with me every week until the process was complete. I had a wedding coming up and wanted this process done by then and he and the rest of the EPM team made it a breeze.
