Max was great to work with. He went above and beyond accomadating our back and forth request and last minute changes. I'm sure we were not easy to deal with as we had many changes as we went through the process and Max was always willing and able to accomodate with a positive attitude.

It was my ignorance of internet usage. A lot was assumed that I knew, so I struggled with getting forms to the bank. The 'course' on what, why, how a loan works would have been useful at the beginning rather than the end.
