Excellent service ordered a personalised cushion and mug and was ready in less than 1 hour. Also lovely helpful staff.

Julie in the Crosby store is fantastic! She is always so helpful and kind (as is Hayley) she couldn’t do more to help. She’s brilliant and always wants to do her best even if the shop is busy (which it always is!). Always goes the extra mile. We sometimes bring big orders in from the school and she always makes sure we are sorted even during busy times. I put everyone onto her and the store. She’s excellent ☺️
