I am a regular visitor to Super snaps in Crosby and have been attending for a number of years and every time there is one particular member of staff Julie who goes over and beyond to help there have been times when the shop has been very busy and she is always very calm and nothing is too much trouble and she always shows me how to use the machine even though I should know how to do it by now
