Leigha the lady working was so quick to serve everyone despite the massive queue. She was able to multitask between a photoshoot and other customers orders very well, all with a smile too. I will say shop could do with 2 people in there as it’s absolute madness sometimes for 1 person! But I was very happy with my visit once again. Thank you!

Rabia is a wonderful and professional lady. I have seen her trying to juggle three or four customer at the same time. She managed situation very professionally and made sure every customer is looked after. She is very efficient, i feel she is doing two people's job at some point. I really hope she is valued by the company, for someone like Rabia, she really deserves to have all the best opportunities for her life and career. I wish her the very best!

Really just very impressed by the quality of the service I received in the store today. Leigha took my son’s passport photos and explained everything very clearly to us and was very patient with my son and gave us many attempts to take the photo even as the store got busier. She was very polite and welcoming to everyone entering the store too. I have never received such wonderful service. Will definitely pop back in! Thank you!
