Leigha is an amazing photographer. She is very professional and incredibly understanding. She listens carefully and does everything she can to capture beautiful photos of me and my daughter. Leigha at the Beckton branch was excellent today. Was not given a brief about what I wanted but was very professional and timely. She made sure I was comfortable during the photo shoot and gave me a range of options for print and digital until I was happy. Very happy with the outcomes.

I don’t understand I came here every days and lady is always nices but this day was a different one shes very rudes and horrible to me I prefer other one can this thing be removed pls. I st she was horrible and she just said ok thanking you and smiled. she not friendly like big lady. I saw I can qr can to compalin i hope this is fixed with her i never want to see her again

I have left a google review but beknowst to me have received no response so I’m leaving one here. Please take immediate action. Absolutely verbally abused by staff member Rabia. Absolutely disgraceful service - I would not recommend to go here at all. I simply asked what the offer was on portraits and mistakenly understood portraits to be the ID pictures.
