Leigha at the Beckton branch was excellent today. Was not given a brief about what I wanted but was very professional and timely. She made sure I was comfortable during the photo shoot and gave me a range of options for print and digital until I was happy. Very happy with the outcomes.

I have left a google review but beknowst to me have received no response so I’m leaving one here. Please take immediate action. Absolutely verbally abused by staff member Rabia. Absolutely disgraceful service - I would not recommend to go here at all. I simply asked what the offer was on portraits and mistakenly understood portraits to be the ID pictures.
