Excellent service, very happy with passport application and the extra help given to us with photos by Ben, who was really attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Ben in Sovereign Harbour Eastbourne has taken customer care to a new level. Last year I went on a trip around the rarely visited 5 Stans in Central Asia, Turkmenistan needed specific size for my photo for entry documents. This year he helped again when needing a visa for Saudi Arabia (different size photo again). He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Brilliant service.
