Ben in Sovereign Harbour Eastbourne has taken customer care to a new level. Last year I went on a trip around the rarely visited 5 Stans in Central Asia, Turkmenistan needed specific size for my photo for entry documents. This year he helped again when needing a visa for Saudi Arabia (different size photo again). He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Brilliant service.
