Sanja was amazing. She could not have been any more helpful. I needed a photo mug for a staff leaving gift and Sanja did it while I waited, after I said that we wanted to present the gift at lunchtime that same day even though she already had lots of jobs for that day. The shop was busy with other customers too, and she remained calm, friendly and eager to help throughout. Excellent customer care 😊
