Had passports renewed, Sanja was brilliant sorting out on line applications, taking photos, arranging for old passports to be sent for processing and returning to us. She was polite and efficient and a credit to the company.To a couple of pensioners in there late 70’s she was a godsend and made the precess easy for us!
