Just got out of college, and Mayfaire has been the perfect fit for me. It's location could not be more perfect, along with all the amenities they have. The service is exceptional, and it wasn't long before it felt like home.

I have lived at Mayfaire Apartments for close to 5 great years and look forward to many more. Mayfaire Apartments is a smaller apt community located in NW Raleigh with amenities just like the larger complexes. It's located about 4 miles from I-540, I-440, Rt 70 and Crabtree Valley Mall which I love!!! It is within walking distance to Greystone Village Shopping Center. I lived here for several years and absolutely loved it! The Manager, Nathalie, cares so much about the community and the people that live there! Our apartment was really spacious, the neighbors were great, Maintenance was quick, grounds are pretty, and the location couldn't be better! You'll love this community if you choose to live here. :)
I love it here at Mayfaire. I moved from home ownership 20+ years to apartment living in 2012 (which I hadn't done since college) so its saying a lot to go from 3,000 sq ft to 1,142 sq ft & love it!! The complex is well maintained...they are very prompt with maintenance requests...they change the air filters regularly...even the snow/ice we received this winter was cleared off the streets the very next morning! I ended up living there way longer than I ever expected to, but it was just so well taken care of and convenient to everything you could ever want. First of all, you can not hear your neighbors, well constructed in that respect, also maintenance is quick to respond to any requests and are happy to do their jobs. Assigned parking is wonderful, you don't have to search for a spot at the end of the day, and it is enforced. It's located in a safe neighborhood and there are sidewalks where people walk/run. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IVE EVER LIVED IN!!! Do NOT live here! The people in the office are completely unaccommodating and unhelpful. They will try to take you for as much money as they can!! very sketchy people working for this company. they will try to scam you like they did my roommate and I. I wish I never lived here. they charged me a RIDICULOUS amount for my security deposit almost $1,000 and then on records they somehow changed it to say we only paid $150!! Is that not crazy? Unfortunately this place is not that great. Background: been here two months and will start looking for a new place and break my lease here if possible. I lived in a perfectly fine location prior and only moved here because I thought I was getting a better apartment and value for my buck. No. Absolutely not. I am paying $800 and it is ridiculous how overpriced this place is. It is worth $600/month at best. I should have stayed where I was and not moved here.
