This was the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced! Natalie is the apartment manager and she lives on property. You cannot be outside past 9pm without receiving noise complaints, from her!, even with no music. She does not even acknowledge you or say hello if you see her walking. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
