Virginia oral facial surgery has been a blessing to me. Dr. Phelps has done a few surgeries for me and every time I visit the office I am made to feel welcome and everything is done professionally. I know exactly what's about to happen before it happens and I'm always pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend.
