Lisa went to bat for us to get our seller to agree to most of our terms to get us a super fast closing. I really don't think we could have gotten it done on time if anyone else did the grunt work.
I definitely recommend Lisa Mcateer and Carl Will who are an excellent team. I was surprised when the contract was for only six months,but they actually found a buyer within that time frame. Lisa has great energy and enthusiasm and was always available by text or phone to discuss any house issues I had.
