An outstanding experience with Lisa and Carl. Their professionalism and diligence were beyond expectations. They were timely, honest, and helpful. I recommend them for both buyers or sellers.
She is energetic, professional and cooperative. They did a very nice photo tour of my home. In the time they had the listing they showed the home themselves more than some of the other realtors I had.
Excellent team. Sold our house in 4 days! Lisa gave us great staging advice in order to show how awesome are house was. Alex was helpful and did a great job with the photography. Carl was responsive whenever questions arose. Lisa was right houses sell online these days. Lisa researched the area we were moving to and handpicked an amazing realtor for us to buy our new dream house! Overall excellent experience I highly recommend this AAA team!
Lisa McAteer helped us sell our house in Hemlock Farms, PA. From the outset, she was several orders of magnitude more energetic than our previous realtor. For reference, the house we sold is a gorgeous cedar lakefront in an excellent community. Before Lisa, we had a realtor who took a few cell-phone photos that made the place look terrible; not surprising, the house lingered on the market for more than a year without selling. Lisa contacted us and, convinced by her energy and enthusiasm, we switched to her. She immediately a... read more
Absolutely the best of the best. Like dealing with a family member.Sold our house in one day. And held our hands throughout the closing. Stop shopping for your agents, you have found the perfect match
Our family had no intention in moving from our custom built home to start a new adventure in another great location. Moving can be absolutely overwhelming and down right scary. After interviewing our realtor options, we made the clear decision to go with Lisa McAteer. Her team from start to finish was exceptional! The initial presentation of services provided to get this job done was concise, professional, and utilized the most modern up-to-date technology to showcase our house. Recommendations were made to optimize the sale... read more
My husband and I met with Lisa and Carl who were beyond professional , knowledgeable and honest. They told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready to hit the market and get the most traffic and they were RIGHT! Within 24 hours we had more traffic on our home and even got an offer the first day which was a lot better then the luck we had had when we previously listed with another agent. Lisa was available day or night and was always checking in and making sure that we were okay and assisted us in all aspects of... read more
Lisa and Carl helped us find our dream home in the Pocanos. Selling a home in Charlotte and moving to PA was quite a task. We drove 11 hours on Monday and found the house on Tuesday thanks to Carl. Dealing with Lisa and Carl in Milford was great. They both kept us abreast of homes in our price range. They were enthusiastic and their encouragement kept us going to that moment of finding the perfect home. Thank you Lisa, thank you Carl.
We had been looking for a weekend lake house for over nine months with no luck and were about to give up. Through Zillow, we contacted Lisa who scheduled six houses for us to tour on a Saturday afternoon. By the end of that same day, we had submitted an offer and with Lisa’ continued guidance successfully closed on our dream lake house that we love. Lisa is wonderful to work and adds a lot of fun to the process too!
