Been their twice. I really wish I'd gone somewhere else the second time. I was at the Conway location in Jan 2016 and told i could do RTC and PHP, But half way through my stay Conway shut down and so everyone was moved to the Kirkwood house where i was informed i could not do PHP there. So when insurance dropped me i had to get a whole new treatment team and go to the Webster location. NOT okay.
program is too big and chaotic understaffed. i gave them 2 stars because they did save my life and my health improved a bit, but other than that i did NOT have a good experience at all, and left AMA after 2 weeks. went all the way to MO from NH and was quite disappointed. On your website it CLEARLY states "Personalized care is achieved by our low patient to staff ratio of 4:1 from 7am to 11:30pm." when i was there there was NO way there was a patient to staff ratio of 4:1 more like 10:1. there was not enough staff to handle... read more
