These people are parasites. They increase your rent to ridiculous levels, amd make profot but don't make any improvements to justify the massive increase in cost. Apartments built in the 1970's but they raise our rent by $175/mth because that is what they claim is market rate. Yeah maybe market rate for a modern place. Golfside Lake hasn't been upgraded since it was built in the 1970's. The shitty electrics are evidence enough of that. Save yourself the bother and don't rent from these slumlords. Javier, Betsy, Juan, Becker and Sammie knowingly rent out units with mold. Instead of getting a professional mold treatment, Sammie the maintenance man painted over the mold. Mold was under the carpet, and even inside the ac unit. I was so sick, I lost 20 pounds, couldn't breathe, and had to move out in less than a month on my birthday of all days. I spent all the money I had moving in and had nowhere to go. I was sleeping in my car as a disabled and now homeless veteran. Thanks Palio Apartments.
