Lived in this hell hole for 3 yrs and never had so many problems from living in unsafe unhealthy environment to being lied to then being attacked and harassed by employees having my car towed while i was sleeping recovering for being ill very shady dirty company but when you give kickbacks to city in Arbor can you donate 50 million to the U of M you’re allowed to Monopolize the workforce housing market in Washington county they go out of they’re way to keep ppl living in fear and scared to say anything out of fear of evictio... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I moved into State Street Village through McKinley Properties with the hopes of planting roots in Ann Arbor. With them offering a unique opportunity to move into a home that in this market didn’t require 3x the rent, we took it. The rent was steep, but we had enough adults in the house with income, we thought we'd be ok. Mind you this was in the infancy of the pandemic. Slum lords at their finest. Prior to recent issues standing sewage In the courtyard for months until the EPA made them address it— and months later it’s still not complete. My closet shelf fell and became unusable 4 weeks ago. No contact after submitting multiple tickets. My hot water has been out for 72 hours. 24 hours ago a pipe burst under my kitchen sink (related to hot water issue) and flooded my efficiency apartment— meaning my closet items that have been on the floor for a month were also ruined. Mold, slamming doors, roof damage from termites and other bugs, the a/c I hasn’t been cleaned and has made me and my husband sick, the walls have pubes painted in them, nicotine drips from the walls and were non-smokers, so much water damage and holes in the wall, bathtub has mold in it… They gaslight you say that you did all the damage. My door has been kicked in previously which is a safety hazard. The list goes on. Never rent here! All they care about is you paying rent and nothing more.

I have been a resident of golfside lake apartments for a few months now and I have experienced extreme harassment, I've been racially targeted by other tenants I've brought my concerns to the property manager and my concerns went on deaf ears I've reached out to the corporate office 6 time's over the last month and no one has even bothered to reach back out to me in regards to everything that's going on I'm a black man in America and I don't feel safe in my own home I can only imagine how many other African American people a... read more
I live at the Cocconut Palms in Orlando-Fl and the office service is horrible, the maintenance service doesn't work. I am requesting the repair of my neighbor's door, which is out of level and has been making an absurd noise inside my apartment since May. It rained inside my closet 3 times and no one volunteered for anything. Luiza attends at the office without any desire to solve her problem. If you have another option to live, don't choose Cocconut Palms.
