First, I was apprehensive but considering how old my unit is, I knew it was time to do something. Jesse was kind enough to talk me through in getting all this change set up. You are lucky Jesse, he is so kind and understanding.
Let me know exactly when to expect the technician, showed up on time. Super polite, professional, friendly tech, seemed very competent. Found an unexpected problem, showed me and fixed it quickly at no extra charge. Efficiently checked my system and made friends with my shy dog while giving me the all-clear. Overall excellent service as usual with McWilliams!
The Tech was very nice and informative.
Every time I turn around I have to pay a lot of money for repairs. It’s always something wrong with this unit. Just March I paid 900 dollars. I will never purchase another unit from there. The services cost too much because you can get this done by someone else cheaper. I called around to find out.
