Made an appointment online. I was called to confirm the appointment within 15 minutes. I was called again when the technician was heading my way. Technician had a prompt diagnosis and answered all my questions! AC works great now. All this on a Saturday too!

Carmen came out. He has been to our place 3 different times now. He is a very polite, knowledgeable young man who listens carefully before getting started. Most repair people are dismissive and don't really care to listen before trying to diagnose the problem. As it turns out, I had already fixed the issue myself by vacuuming out the AC floor drain, but Carmen's very thorough checking to be certain was reassuring. McWilliams does not charge extra for holidays or weekends which other companies do and can get quite expensive. ... read more
