I’m extremely pleased with McWilliams. I was concerned my outside unit was struggling in the extreme cold weather. They came out and answered all my questions, concerns and explained how the heat pump worked. Because I had purchased the maintenance plan, there was no charge for coming out. They were cordial, respectful, and professional which was so appreciated. Work was done in a timely fashion and at a fair price. Tristan was very professional and personable. During the inspection, he saw my kitchen sink faucet was loose and tightened it up for us in addition to putting some insulation on my demand hot water heater pipes, which are located outside. I highly recommend!

Hot water heater water pressure was almost non-existent. Called McWilliams and they promptly sent out a plumber to check out the problem. It ended up being a simple resolution. The water detection device had closed the valve for some unknown reason. Problem fixed. Cost $0 as it was covered under warranty. Will use them again.
