The phone rings and no one answers. I've been calling for 5 days ,finally got an appointment which they scheduled me to see a pediatrician. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
Just horrible. From the moment I called in to schedule an appointment that was set at a wrong location, to waiting all day for a prescription that was never sent by the office to the pharmacy.. Wife is going through critical pain and has to suffer overnight to see if we can get this addressed in the morning. A**hoes
I am changing from this clinic muy mal servicio hoy fui ah una cita que hize y me salen que no hize cita y mas aparte se enojan y te ponen una cara muy fea con esas caras no creo que nadie le gusta llegar y le den una cara de enojo... mejor cambié mis hijos ah otra muchoo mejor clínica donde te atienden amable mente y con gusto no con esa pinches caras
We waited one hour plus in two different rooms before entering the clinic. Yes we had an appointment. Total visit took 2 plus hr for a regular annual physical check up. Because the wait is so long, you are stuck with other patients waiting . Everyone in the room spoke Spanish. There were at least 4 families with 1-3 year olds screaming at the top of their lungs the entire time we waited. Every of these families/ parents allowed their kids to scream and yell. First of all this place is nasty and dirty, the nurses are rude and so are the front desk workers. The nurse has no patience when dealing with children giving out vaccinations stabbing my little cousin who was as usual a little nervous. Do not take your children to this place not recommend for pediatric patients!
I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR SO I CAN PUT ONE!! The customer service was really unprofessional,rude,and racist! I took my 18 months son and had to wait 2 HOURS, my 18 months son who was JUST a BABY and didn't know Anything,was pushing a chair and the nurse that worked there came in and screamed at My BABY and Me!! I Drove 40 MINUTES to be here just because Dr Harris is very nice. They treat me so DIFFERENT because of my RACE!! Almost all the employees there are Hispanic. The only thing they care is to swipe your card. I took my mom here on 4th Feb 2020 after check up the doctor asked for previous medications which I said I live close by let me bring it, The front desk told me I can call them and pass the name of medication and they will let me know which medication should I get by their doctor. I have tried to call and left numerous voicemails but no answers. I have took the medication there and explained the situation. I've been here before for the common cold, this place is good for basic things like that but never for a sonogram. I came here with severe cramps and the doctor that attended me was so lazy to talk, she asked questions but it seemed she didn't know what she was doing.
