My child had a scheduled appointment for 9, arrived at 8:40, filled out paperwork and even called our insurance to verify coverage and still wasn't seen til after 10..........why? Because the person working the front desk talks extremely too much and does her job backwards. What is the purpose of making an appointment if they are just gonna treat you as a walk in patient and have you sit for hours. I spent 2 hours just sitting in the lobby, an empty lobby at that! Finally got called and I was placed in a room where again I was waiting and waiting and waiting. Total of 3 hours now and I still haven't even seen the doctor. And all I needed was a shot.

All front desk staff need training.. I have given this place so many opportunities, the only reason I come back is Maria Harris. Front desk is disorganised more than hr wait and they just try to make it seem like its your fault. You constantly need to keep asking and all they do is give you excuses, and on top they just want to argue with you. I wont be here if I didnt need a doctor to check my child. Worst Worst I am beyond furious and upset!!!!

This place does not deserve even a one star. Dr. Hudson does not care about her patients. She refused to sign my insurance papers that were already filled out by her assistant! She did not even give a single reason for not signing the papers(valid or invalid). Usually doctors help to get rid of stress but NOT this one! Wasted my money and time going to this office. RUDEST front desk ever, take forever even thought you have an appointment (some times over an hour) , raggedy place over all but Dr Maria Harris the pediatrician is lovely.

Called this morning to get information on walk-in (cash patient) Maria answer the phone was very uninformative. When I got there in the afternoon the staff were cover in tattoos and on their phones (very unprofessional) the front staff lady gave me the Spanish welcome form sheet knowing I was speaking in English the whole time I was there... This location deserves no stars!!!They take forever on this location. Front desk is so rude. They say they accept walk-ins but they truly dont. The medicine they give you doesn't help. I went 4 times in one week. I finally went to the location in plano they gave me a shot. And I was better the next day. This place has bad service, the doctors suck. They are just the worst place you came go. Every time I go I sit there for 3-4 hours.

This place deserves 0 stars! Unfortunately I cant leave a review without a rating. I went in on a Saturday because I thought I might have strep throat. The signs on the window clearly says walk ins welcome...but when I told the rude lady at the front that I would like to see the doctor, she asked if I had an appointment. Worst waiting period ever! What's the point of making an appointment when you still wait 2 hours plus to be seen. Ridiculous! ! Even though they stay open afrer hours til 10pm. You'd probably have better luck getting in faster at the ER hospital! Horrible!!
