The office experience was poor! I accidentally went to this location, instead of the one we scheduled at. I immediately called the scheduling team and they ensured me that the schedule was pretty open and that I could proceed to walkin. I hang up and do so and they acted as if this was unheard of or like the schedule filled up just that fast. They were not solution focused and it was a waste of time.. moral of the story I wasted more gas going to the right location, but at least my kids were seen.
This place is absolutely terrible my 7 years old got his phisical there we did the blood test and they told us IF NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE BLOOD TEST, THEY WONT CALL US. If we call you is because something is wrong with the results. 6 months passed and we went to get a copy of the blood results, turns out my kid has High Cholesterol, Hypertriglyceridemia and High Sugar in his blood and absolutely no one call us. Horrible service, and lack of communication between employees. Call to speak with management and was told they aren't available nor do they have an email or phone number to speak with someone for customer service. Julie the receptionist refuse to give any info and kept trying to get me off the phone by offering me another appointment, I've been there 3times, clearly I don't need or want another appointment!
If I could give no stars I would. The English all has accents and the people are unorganized. We went in for all 4 of us to be covid tested but they would only see 3 of us even though we all 4 had appointments. This is ridiculous. Horrible service I will no longer come here again.
I just took my son there for coughing. 3/4/2020. The front staff were very nice. My son who was diagnosed with ASD was a little active but still followed the staff directions. I explained to them and they were very happy. I dont have yelp app but i need to download it just because of the doctor. He was vey impolite, and not patience with my son just because my son flipped the step chair over. Also He acted like we are bringing him the corona virus because we are asian. Do NOT go to this office.. The front office staff is a joke. Appointment at 8am got there at 7:50 and wasn't called in after an hour. I asked at 8:30 when they would be called in after everyone in the waiting got called in even people who came after me. She stated I'm a few minutes. Note the office is open at 8. I went back to to the front at 8:45 and told her if we aren't called in 5 minutes I'm leaving and she told me she had to verify our insurance. This is the perfect place to go if you want subpar care for your children. Schedule an appointment for my two-year-old who had a high fever and was told to come in at 11:30. When I got there was told that they couldn't treat him yet because the were going to go to meeting. Meanwhile my kids in the waiting room with a high fever shaking. So like I said before if you don't care about your children this is the place for you because the sure don't care!
Do not come with out an appointment. Walk in waiting time is horrible! And you ask the front desk for estimated time all they say is they don't know. Very unprofessional they could at least make an effort to find out.
I called the clinic at the 529 and Fry road location on yesterday 1/29/19 and got NO WHERE. I called the office at 10 am and asked to have Dr. Scott call me back pertaining to my child because she was seen 2 weeks ago and the antibiotics that were prescribed did not work and if she could call in another prescription because my daughter was having the same symptoms.
